The lady at breakfast always greeted us with a warm smile and it was like we were family.

It was a bit pricey but still acceptable.

The venue was wonderful, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was particularly good short walk to bus terminus, lots of restaurant and the boardwalk beautiful bay.

Even though everything was amazing, some of the staff were grumpy faced.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the boardwalk beautiful bay of the lake, the shops and waterfront of Garda, and lakeside. We ordered lunch at Yo, located not too far from the venue.

Great staff. Breakfast was perfect, lots of food. Coffee also perfect. Everything much better than we expected for a 3 star hotel. Rooms renovated and beautiful. We 'll go back.

The stay was simply fantastic! The breakfast spread was really impressive, featuring everything from fresh fruit to delicious pastries, which set the perfect tone for the day. We loved our room with the balcony where we could catch glimpses of Lake Garda, it was so nice to unwind there in the evenings. Plus, the nearby Osteria Silvestro became our go-to spot for dinner. the 10% discount for hotel guests was a sweet bonus! Location-wise, being just a short walk away from the ferry dock made exploring so convenient.

I simply love this hotel it is clean, beautiful and Martina is just the best. She is there day and night and provides such excellent friendly service. In fact, if you have a request, they bend over backwards to fill it and i absolutely love this hotel....I have stayed twice and it is my hotel of choice for Garda Lake.

Front windows could do with more noise insulation from road traffic.

Charming hotel with very nice breakfast options. The outdoor seating felt more like a carport than a relaxing spot.

Very helpful staff, the airconditioning - it was so hot we could barely use our balcony. Nice postion just off lakefront

We stay at this hotel every year when we are travelling through Europe as we love Garda and the surrounding area and the hotel is very smart. comfortable, friendly, clean and in a central location. The comfort of the rooms is excellent. Very near the lake with the front rooms having a slight view of the lake. Can't wait to next year.

Noise from the nearby busy road can be disruptive!!! The limited outdoor space gives off more of a carport vibe than a relaxing area!!!

Loved Hotel Benaco Garda, not only were did the staff go out of their way to be helpful, but the location was amazing. Garda is a small town, but seems to offer so much, the Hotel was right across the road from the promenade and the maze of alleyways with their interesting shops. Would definately recommend

The hotel has been refurbished in 2006 Every attention to detail and decor has been carefully designed.
